【How to make】
1. First, add 40g of granulated sugar to 20g of water in a frying pan, heat until it is caramelized, and then pour it into a pound container with 15g of water.
2. Put the cream cheese 100g granulated sugar 50g egg yolk 2 in a container and mix well. Add 200g fresh cream and mix well.
3. Make meringue with the egg white placed separately and sift 25g of flour. Mix well so as not to crush meringue.
4. Divide the meringue with cheese solution in two portions and mix it without crushing the meringue each time.
5. Put the pudding solution in a container filled with caramel, put water into the oven plate for about 1 liter of water, and bake 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
6. Once baked, chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours to complete

グラニュー糖 40g

生クリーム 200g
薄力粉 25g
【作り方】
1.まずはフライパンにグラニュー糖40g水20g入れカラメル色になるまで加熱し、更に水15g入れパウンド容器に流し入れます
2.容器に室温にしたクリームチーズ100gグラニュー糖50g卵黄2個を入れ良く混ぜ更に生クリーム200g入れ良く混ぜます
3.分けて置いた卵白でメレンゲを作り薄力粉25gを篩い入れメレンゲを潰さない様良く混ぜます
4.メレンゲにチーズ液を2回に分けて入れその都度メレンゲを潰さない様混ぜます
5.カラメルを流し込んだ容器にプリン液を入れオーブン皿に水を水深1㎝程度入れ余熱したオーブン180度30分焼きます
6.焼き上がったら冷蔵庫で4時間冷やして完成です
